“I have been married for 37years. My husband and I were privileged to raise four children
who are now wonderfully grown and about the business of changing the world!  My heart
has always been drawn towards the needs of people who are hurting, stuck, or in need of
insight. I long to see people prosper in all areas of life – spiritually, physically, mentally, and emotionally.

As I work with individuals or couples, I prefer an integrated approach of psychology and "God-truth". I am convinced that Jesus Christ is the only pathway to a true, authentic, health-
filled abundant life. I also have found that Cognitive Behavioral Therapy is a beautiful
compliment to God's Word.  Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) acts as a bridge to healing,
offering practical skills and tools to lasting life change.

Old destructive thought patterns can control your emotions and behaviors, leaving you
stuck, depressed, anxious, and constantly struggling with relationships and spinning in
cycles. It’s time to heal; it's time to take back your life. You can learn to make your thoughts
and emotions work for you instead of you working for them. It's time to experience peace,
and a true joy-filled, abundant life.”
